Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pull the Pin Master 2 and any other mobile application published by the Erc Games studio of Tubu Arge (the "App" or "Service"). By installing, opening, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App and please uninstall it from your device.

Definitions

• "Tubu Arge" or "we" / "us" — the Turkish entity providing the Service.
• "Erc Games" — the game-studio brand operated by Tubu Arge.
• "App" / "Service" — mobile games published under the Erc Games brand, in particular Pull the Pin Master 2.
• "User" or "you" — the natural person who installs, opens, or uses the App.
• "IAP" — In-App Purchase processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• "Virtual Goods" — coins, gems, charm, essence, paint-trail, battle-pass tiers and any other digital items that hold value only inside the App.
• "Store" — Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.

Service Scope

Erc Games titles (e.g. Pull the Pin Master, Blok Patlat, Hex Merge) is a free-to-play mobile puzzle game. The core gameplay experience is entirely free; ad removal, virtual goods bundles and seasonal passes are optional purchases available via IAP.

Other Erc Games apps are also covered by these Terms; the general rules apply even if the genre or mechanics differ.

You may only use the App from a jurisdiction where you are of legal age or under the supervision of a parent / legal guardian. If you are under 13, you may not use the App.

Account and Login

The App does not require a traditional user account. Sign-in via iOS Game Center, Apple ID, Google account, or email is not required. Instead, a device-specific Anonymous ID is generated and used to store your gameplay progress on Microsoft PlayFab.

When you optionally enable Game Center / Google Play Games integration, only your player name is shared with the relevant platform for leaderboards and achievements; that processing is subject to the respective platform's terms.

If you lose, factory-reset, or uninstall your device, the Anonymous ID may be lost. Tubu Arge is not liable for unrecoverable gameplay progress. We recommend noting your ID from Settings → Account → Device ID for important progress.

User Obligations

When using the App, you agree:

• Not to use the App for any unlawful purpose under Turkish law or the law of your country of residence;
• Not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
• Not to use automated tools, bots, macros, or cheat software; not to modify client files to gain rewards or generate Virtual Goods;
• Not to overload our servers with excessive requests;
• To refrain from harassment, threats, hate speech, or unlawful content directed at other users or support staff;
• Not to use fraudulent payment methods, declined cards, or stolen accounts for IAP; to use chargeback / refund only for genuine disputes;
• Not to share your Anonymous ID with others;
• Not to abuse rewarded-ad rewards by resetting your device's advertising identifier or otherwise circumventing the SDK.

Tubu Arge reserves the right to suspend your account, reset Virtual Goods balances, and pursue legal remedies in case of breach.

Content and Intellectual Property

All graphics, audio, music, code, level designs, characters, brand names, logos, and other content within the App (the "Content") are the exclusive property of Tubu Arge or its licensors and are protected by Turkish Intellectual and Artistic Works Law (no. 5846), international copyright treaties, and trademark law.

Tubu Arge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the App on your personal device for non-commercial purposes. This licence terminates with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit the Content without Tubu Arge's prior written consent. Erc Games titles (e.g. Pull the Pin Master, Blok Patlat, Hex Merge), Erc Games, and Tubu Arge are trademarks (registered or in registration).

In-App Purchases (IAP)

All IAP transactions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your payment details (card, bank, gift card) are never transmitted to Tubu Arge; the Store handles payment in full.

Pricing may vary by Store, country, exchange rate and tax. The price shown at the moment of purchase is the binding price.

Virtual Goods are credited to your in-app balance once the transaction completes. If they do not appear within 24 hours, contact support@tubu.io with the transaction ID.

Refund Policy

Consumer-law rights to withdrawal remain reserved; however, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502, art. 15/1(ğ), and under EU Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately once performance has begun. IAP delivery starts the moment Virtual Goods are added to your balance.

Virtual Goods Policy

• Coins, gems, charm, essence, paint-trail, battle-pass tiers and all other Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value; they are non-transferable, non-tradable, and non-redeemable for cash.
• Virtual Goods may be consumed only within the App as intended.
• If your account is suspended or deleted, or if the App is withdrawn from service, Virtual Goods are forfeited and Tubu Arge has no obligation to reimburse them.
• Tubu Arge reserves the right to change the value, drop rate, or acquisition method of Virtual Goods (game balance, balance patch, addition or removal); such changes do not constitute a violation of any right.

Advertising

The free version of the App contains advertising in these formats:

• Banner ads — small format at the top or bottom of the screen.
• Interstitial ads — full-screen during transitions.
• Rewarded video ads — optional, granting in-game rewards on completion.
• Native / embedded ads — integrated into the UI.

Ads can be removed via the remove_ads IAP. After purchase, if you change device or reinstall the App, use Settings → IAP → Restore purchases to recover your ad-free status through Apple's or Google's official restore mechanism.

Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party SDKs and services including AppLovin MAX, Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Mintegral, Unity Ads, ironSource, Firebase, GameAnalytics, Singular, PlayFab, and Cloudflare. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies; see Privacy Policy — Third-Party Services for the full list and links.

Availability and Disclaimer

The App and Service are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tubu Arge:

• Makes no express or implied warranty that the App will run uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or OS version;
• May suspend the Service in whole or part for maintenance, updates, server outage, third-party SDK failure, or force majeure;
• Reserves the right to unilaterally change, remove features from, or fully sunset the Service;
• Is not responsible for third-party ad content, network quality, or device-side losses.

Suspension and Termination

Tubu Arge may suspend, limit, or terminate your account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Breach of User Obligations;
• Detection of cheating, bot use, or client modification;
• Suspected fraud following chargeback / IAP refund;
• Harassment, threats, or unlawful content against other users or support staff;
• Legal obligation or court order.

Virtual Goods balances are not refunded upon suspension. You may appeal a suspension decision by writing to support@tubu.io.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tubu Arge and its employees / representatives:

• Are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm) arising from your use of the App;
• Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount of IAPs you completed in the 12 (twelve) months preceding the event, or, if no such purchases exist, EUR 10 (or local equivalent);
• Are not liable for gained or lost Virtual Goods, account suspension or deletion, third-party ad content, third-party SDK failure, or force majeure events.

This limitation does not apply to damages arising from gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. mandatory consumer-law remedies).

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices. Consumers retain their statutory right to bring proceedings before the consumer arbitration board or consumer court of their residence under Law no. 6502. EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to the Terms

Tubu Arge may unilaterally update these Terms. For material changes:

• The "Effective date" at the top is updated;
• A one-off in-app notification banner is shown;
• Continued use of the App after the banner is dismissed (or after the change takes effect) constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept the updated Terms, please stop using and uninstall the App.
